HIV Care Services

PEER NAVIGATOR PROGRAM
Someone who is living successfully with HIV or affected (someone dear to them infected with HIV), and “knows the ropes,” will assist you for a few months.

CASE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
This program helps people access HIV-related medical services and can assist you with housing, food and other every day needs.

HEALTH EDUCATION
You can request to speak with a Health Educator and ask any questions you have.

COUNSELING
HIV Care Now has Mental Health Counselors available to support you.

SUPPORT GROUPS
HIV Care Now has several support groups. There are groups for women only, men only, and men and women.

DENTAL CARE
You can be connected to a Dental Clinic if you qualify for Ryan White assistance.

MEDICATION EDUCATION
A Medication Adherence Educator can help you understand all the medications you are taking.
